Done the CBT with them with a group of 4 trainee. Most of the time our instructor was Dave and for sure he is the best guy as an instructor. Very nice guy, easygoing, warm and always willing to teach. At the end of the course which is on-road experience, Tracey took over 2 of us (unfortunate!!!) and the other 2 went with Dave. At the end of almost two hours riding experience, us returned with sullen face however the group of Dave’s was smiling and obviously very happy about the experience they had. I’m not in a position to judge the skills of any instructor, I’m sure all of them are good at what they are doing but I can say the way they communicate is definitely different. Tracey is very far from being considerate. While the other group was enjoying their riding, we were stressed out whole time because of Tracey’s never-ending criticism and harshness. As a result of that, we failed but the other group passed, no surprise!! In short, stick with Dave and stay away from Tracey.

I successfully passed my A2 licence on a Yamaha MT-07 which is a gorgeous bike to learn and ride. Mr. Kenny added a throtle restriction if I remember right and that helped me to not flip the bike in case of a mistake but I still had that 700cc power. I did my CBT with him and I live in Wembley so I said "why not doing my A2 with him aswell?" I was in between taking another CBT because it was about to expire and to wait until February so I preferred to take my A2. I highly recommend him! Btw: learn roundabouts before going to practice.

Had Dave in the morning in the academy grounds and Tracey in the afternoon on the roads for CBT. Both were fantastic, patient, guiding and highly professional. The whole experience was great and I felt very safe with Tracey guiding us step-by-step through the London streets. You can expect them to be direct with constructive feedback, which is exactly what you want on a bike with so little protection and so many hazards. Would highly recommend as they are not an outfit that will give a CBT without you showing you can ride safely, which is paramount.

Hi Ken,

I'd like to say a big thank you for your help in getting me through my DAS course and passing my tests all on the first attempt. For those who are thinking of getting in to biking, Moto-Pass is the place to go.

I had no experience of riding a bike before and I started my training with the CBT, at first I struggled to do a simple figure of 8 and a U-turn on a little 50cc because I suffer with vertigo, but by the end of my course I was doing these manoeuvres on a 600cc and loving riding around on that Honda.

So, a little testimonial.

After years of riding a car, I decided it was time for a new challenge and a new experience. I had no idea where to start and I felt completely out of my depth. I was recommended to go with Kenny at Moto-Pass from quite a few people so I decided to give them a call. One call to Tracey, and all my worries were gone. Tracey booked me on the course and explained everything thoroughly. I then received a call later on from Ken to re-arrange my days so that my mod 1 and 2 where not sat next to each other, so I had no pressure of losing my mod 2 test if I didn't pass my mod 1 the first time.

The course itself was very progressive, starting on a small 50cc bike to a 125cc, then a 500cc, then finally a 600cc, so I was able to build my confidence on the road and progressively learn on the bigger bike. During our time on the roads, there was constant training, Ken was always communicating to you to let you know if you're doing anything wrong or compliment you on anything you're doing right. And if there was at anytime you didn't understand anything, Ken would stop and go through it with you till you were crystal clear.

By the end of the training, although slightly nervous, I was really confident about passing my test as I felt the training I had received from Ken was outstanding, and as long as I keep full concentration and not make any silly mistakes, there was no way I could fail.

I am not one for usually writing reviews, but I really did enjoy my time training with Kenny at Moto-Pass and feel the least I could do is share my experience. You really do get your moneys worth and so much more, I made good friends along my time training who I still keep in touch with. And I have some cracking memories that will stick with me for a long time, like 'Im Bursting' right before me and Maz are about to take our Mod 2 tests, personal funny moment, but Ken will know what I'm on about.

I have already recommended two people who will booking with Moto-Pass soon and another 2 who are really keen on booking up after hearing about my experience. For whatever course you're looking to do from CBT to DAS, I highly recommend that Kenny is the guy who will get you there.

Ken and Tracey, I wish you all the best for the future, and I'll be sure to pop by for a tea in the near future and show you my new bike.

Thanks again,

Tom 😀 - sent to our us by one of Tom - one of our trainees
